• Oversee the daily activities of brand ambassadors, ensuring they meet their targets and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
• Work closely with the project manager to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones as per the project plan.
• Communicate project goals and updates to the team, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand ambassadors, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  
• Implement performance improvement plans when necessary, and recognize high performers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
  
• Gather client feedback and communicate it to the project manager for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, project progress, and any issues encountered to the project manager.
  
• Analyze the data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and successes.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or with clients promptly and effectively.
  
• Escalate significant issues to the project manager when necessary.
• Ensure all team members comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
