The Machine Leasing Executive is responsible for leasing out heavy equipment, such as excavators, wheel loaders, graders, and dozers, to customers. This role involves identifying leasing opportunities, negotiating lease agreements, coordinating equipment delivery and pick-up, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the leasing period.

• Strong knowledge of leasing principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience in road and bridge construction.
• Degree/ Diploma in a business-related course
• Experience in leasing heavy construction machines and generators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• a valid driver's license and the willingness to travel as needed.

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's leasing policies, procedures, and available equipment.
• Identify potential customers and leasing opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Work closely with customers to understand their equipment needs and recommend suitable leasing options.
• Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to meet their requirements and company goals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule equipment delivery, installation, and pick-up as per lease agreements.
• Provide ongoing support for leased equipment, including troubleshooting issues, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of leased equipment, lease agreements, customer interactions, and leasing revenues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell other company products and services to leasing customers.
