Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Below the Line (BTL) sales and project management. Experience in outdoor advertising will be highly advantageous. The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Below the Line (BTL) sales and project management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in outdoor advertising is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Below the Line (BTL) segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and creative to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
