Description
Our client, specializing in
windscreen fitting services under insurance companies, seeks to recruit a dynamic and motivated Sales Person to
join their team and drive sales growth.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.
- Valid Driving License.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients, including insurance companies and brokers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Handle client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and track sales performance against targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Manager.
- Ensure all documentation related to sales and client agreements is up-to-date and properly filed.
- Work closely with the fitting and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of the sales team.
