Description

Our client, specializing in windscreen fitting services under insurance companies, seeks to recruit a dynamic and motivated Sales Person to join their team and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients, including insurance companies and brokers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and track sales performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure all documentation related to sales and client agreements is up-to-date and properly filed.
  • Work closely with the fitting and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of the sales team.
