Description
Our client, a reputable hardware manufacturing company
specializing in wheelbarrows, spades, chain link, and nails, is seeking an
energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive product sales
across key markets including Nairobi, Kiserian, Embakasi, Limuru, and Tala.
Requirements
- Degree/
Diploma in Business Administration/Business related course
- Proven
experience in hardware or construction material sales (3+ years
preferred).
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong
understanding of the local markets in Nairobi, Kiserian, Embakasi, Limuru,
and Tala.
- Ability
to work independently, with a self-driven and target-oriented attitude.
- Valid
driving license or reliable means of transport is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify
and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned regions.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with hardware retailers, wholesalers,
and end users.
- Demonstrate
and sell company products (wheelbarrows, spades, chain link, nails) to
potential customers.
- Ensure
timely reporting, customer feedback collection, and territory sales
analysis.
- Meet
or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
