Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably in confectionery, bakery, or food & beverage.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and brand positioning.

Hands-on experience in digital marketing and trade marketing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Creative, innovative, and results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow the cakes division and increase brand visibility.
