Our client is a top-tier retailer with an extensive network of supermarkets and wholesale outlets across Kenya, committed to excellence in supply-chain efficiency and customer service, is looking to hire results-driven supervisors to oversee store operations, inventory, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management or Supply Chain
  • 3+ years’ supervisory experience in a supermarket/wholesale environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational & problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations in a wholesale or supermarket setup
  • Manage stock control, merchandising & supplier relationships
  • Implement SOPs, loss-prevention & health & safety protocols
  • Coach floor teams to meet sales targets & service-level agreements
  • Monitor KPIs (sales, shrinkage, customer satisfaction) and drive improvements
  • Prepare weekly performance & inventory reports for Head Office
