Description
The Marketing Executive will
be responsible for driving the company’s social media strategy to increase
customer engagement, build brand equity, and support sales growth across
retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role is integral in positioning
the company as a trusted Oil Marketing Company (OMC) through engaging content,
digital campaigns, and targeted product placements. The ideal candidate will
possess a strong grasp of various social media platforms, content development
skills, and an understanding of audience targeting to maximize reach and
impact.
Requirements
· Education: Not a mandatory requirement
· Experience: 3+ years of experience in social
media management, content development, or digital marketing within a B2B or B2C
environment.
· Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms,
content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics tools
(e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
· Additional Skills: Experience in SEO, paid social
campaigns, and digital advertising is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Social
Media Strategy and Execution
· Develop and implement a
comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness
within key markets (retail, commercial, and industrial).
· Manage the company’s presence on key
social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
to ensure a consistent and impactful brand voice.
· Leverage analytics to track
performance, adjust strategies, and report on the effectiveness of social media
initiatives in reaching engagement and sales goals.
Content
Development and Management
· Create compelling, high-quality
content, including posts, blogs, infographics, videos, and stories, tailored to
each platform to maximize engagement and reach.
· Collaborate with design and creative
teams to produce visually appealing, on-brand assets for social media channels.
· Ensure content aligns with company
goals, is audience-specific, and effectively communicates product value, brand
messaging, and industry expertise.
Audience Engagement and Community Building
- Actively engage with followers, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback to foster trust, encourage dialogue, and build a community.
· Implement social listening to monitor
brand reputation, identify industry trends, and gain insights into customer
needs and preferences.
· Coordinate with sales and customer
service teams to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries,
reinforcing a positive brand experience.
Digital
Campaigns and Product Positioning
· Design and execute targeted digital
campaigns to promote specific products and services, increasing visibility and
driving lead generation.
· Develop and manage paid social media
campaigns, including setting objectives, budgeting, targeting, and tracking
performance.
· Analyze campaign data to optimize
ROI, adjusting targeting, messaging, and content to reach relevant audiences
effectively.
Brand
Building and Trust Development
· Support the enhancement of brand
equity by promoting the company’s values, achievements, and expertise within
the OMC industry.
· Communicate company initiatives,
safety practices, and innovations to foster trust and confidence within target
markets.
· Consistently reinforce brand
messaging through all digital content, maintaining a clear, cohesive, and
professional presence across social media platforms.
