Description
To plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that
promote the company’s events and services, increase brand visibility, attract
clients and attendees, and ensure a strong market presence across digital and
offline channels.
Requirements
·
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,
PR, or a related field.
·
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably
in events, media, or hospitality.
·
Strong digital marketing and social media
skills.
·
Excellent writing, editing, and communication
skills.
·
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to
changing priorities.
· Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
Responsibilities
·
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and
campaigns for events and brand promotion.
Support in the creation of event-specific marketing timelines, budgets, and
deliverables.

Content Creation & Management
Generate engaging content for social media, blogs,
websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with designers and photographers/videographers to produce
high-quality visuals.
·
Digital Marketing
Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement,
reach, and audience growth.
Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain mailing lists.
Track and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools.
·
Event Promotion
Promote upcoming events through various channels,
including influencers, press releases, and paid media.
Liaise with media partners, sponsors, and collaborators to maximize event
visibility.
·
Brand Management
Ensure all communications are in line with the company’s
branding and tone.
Support brand development activities, including merchandise, signage, and
promotional giveaways.

Market Research & Lead Generation
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends
and marketing opportunities.
Collect leads from campaigns and support the sales team in converting
prospects.
·
On-site Support
Participate in events to provide on-ground marketing
support, manage media, and capture live content.
