Description
The Manager oversees all operations
within the tire testing laboratory, ensuring compliance with industry
standards, managing resources, and leading the laboratory team. This role involves
coordinating testing activities, ensuring accurate and timely results, and
maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial
     Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in an automotive testing or laboratory
     environment, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific testing standards,
     equipment, and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the tire testing lab and
     manage staff.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and testing
     protocols.
- Ensure testing standards and safety protocols are
     strictly followed.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and relevant
     stakeholders.
- Monitor lab performance metrics, ensuring quality and
     efficiency.
- Manage budget and procure laboratory supplies and
     equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical and
     operational issues.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain necessary
     certifications.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on lab
     activities, performance, and goals.
