• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in an automotive testing or laboratory environment, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific testing standards, equipment, and protocols.
