Our Client, a well-established engineering and logistics enterprise supporting critical infrastructure projects across Kenya. The company is commissioning a modern concrete production plant powered by the QTJ4-18 hydraulic precast machine and is recruiting skilled professionals for operations roles to

  • Operate QTJ4-18 hydraulic machine and support installation/commissioning.
  • Ensure machine use, safety, and uptime during production.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating QTJ4-18 or similar machines.
  • Hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of concrete mix ratios and mold care.
  • Technical certificate or diploma (added advantage).

Responsibilities

  • Operate QTJ4-18 block making machine efficiently.
  • Assist in installation, calibration, and routine maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth mold changeovers and production setup.
  • Maintain quality standards and meet output targets.
