We are seeking a junior accountant to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. 

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Accounting.
  • A degree and certificate in CPA 1 and 2 is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of QuickBooks online and Ms. Excel.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. The role includes processing invoices, preparing payment vouchers, reconciling supplier and customer accounts, following up on outstanding balances, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks.
