Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working for consultancies and managing multiple client accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse HR functions across various clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resource role, preferably within a consultancy or managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in handling diverse HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with HR consulting and providing HR services to multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations for multiple client accounts.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases for each client.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies for all clients.
- Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection for multiple clients.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns for multiple clients.
- Address and resolve employee issues and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote positive employee relations and ensure a high level of employee satisfaction across all accounts.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems for various clients.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance appraisals and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees across different clients.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs for multiple clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to each client's needs.
- Ensure consistent application and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to clients and management.
- Utilize HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making and strategic planning.
