Description
Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of policies in matters of recruitment, promotions, remuneration, staff training and development, staff welfare, employee relations, and performance management.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Human Resources or a relevant field; additional training will be considered a plus
- Proven experience in recruitment agencies or consulting firms
- Knowledgeable in various HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.
- A completed CHRP-K professional course or ongoing course is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an additional advantage
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Examine the client's human resource manual, incorporating global best practices and ethical principles such as quality, merit, fairness, transparency, diversity, inclusivity, and responsiveness.
- Suggest updated HR policies and procedures aligned with the strategic plan and revised objectives, through collaboration with client policies.
- Identify recommendations for enhancing HRM systems, including selection/recruitment, promotion, transfer/posting, performance evaluation, leave, and termination of employment.
- Scrutinize and formulate pertinent HR policies.
- Assess job descriptions and titles.
- Review existing policies and commence the development of new ones.
Deliver the finalized, revised manual within the agreed-upon deadlines.
Examine the existing staff welfare, remuneration, and benefits structure in comparison to similar organizations and best practices.
Assess HR policies and propose realistic improvements.
