Description

Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of policies in matters of recruitment, promotions, remuneration, staff training and development, staff welfare, employee relations, and performance management.

Requirements

  1. BSc/BA in Human Resources or a relevant field; additional training will be considered a plus
  2. Proven experience in recruitment agencies or consulting firms
  3. Knowledgeable in various HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.
  4. A completed CHRP-K professional course or ongoing course is an added advantage.
  5. Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  6. Proficient in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an additional advantage
  7. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

  1. Examine the client's human resource manual, incorporating global best practices and ethical principles such as quality, merit, fairness, transparency, diversity, inclusivity, and responsiveness.
  2. Suggest updated HR policies and procedures aligned with the strategic plan and revised objectives, through collaboration with client policies.
  3. Identify recommendations for enhancing HRM systems, including selection/recruitment, promotion, transfer/posting, performance evaluation, leave, and termination of employment.
  4. Scrutinize and formulate pertinent HR policies.
  5. Assess job descriptions and titles.
  6. Review existing policies and commence the development of new ones.

Deliver the finalized, revised manual within the agreed-upon deadlines.

Examine the existing staff welfare, remuneration, and benefits structure in comparison to similar organizations and best practices.

Assess HR policies and propose realistic improvements.
