Requirements
Degree in human resource management or a related field.
• A minimum of six years of relevant experience in HR.
• Possess retail and FMCG experience and has handled over 200 staff.
• Professional qualifications in CHRP, IHRM, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems)
• Solid understanding of labor legislation
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
• BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
Responsibilities
• Foster a culture of high performance that prioritizes employees, emphasizing quality, productivity, and goal achievement.
• Provide input and guidance on department structure, workforce planning, and organizational development for a rapidly expanding team.
• Collaborate with finance departments to strategically plan for manpower-related costs, addressing current and future staffing needs.
• Lead the development and oversight of manpower planning initiatives.
• Cultivate a high-performing culture by instilling values and behaviors while sustaining strong engagement across the organization.
• Identify and address business needs by implementing relevant and impactful HR initiatives.
• Support current and future business requirements through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
• Create and manage HR programs and processes across various areas, including learning and development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, and employee well-being.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations throughout all aspects of human resource management.
• Proactively develop succession plans and training programs.
• Actively participate in administrative staff meetings.
• Manage employee-related paperwork, including employment contracts, new hire documentation, disciplinary hearings, and termination notices.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee requests and grievances by the HR staff.
• Maintain HR procedures that align with labor regulations.
