Description
We are in search of a skilled HR assistant to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of recruiting, supporting, and fostering talent by formulating policies and overseeing procedures. Your responsibilities will extend to managing various administrative tasks, all with the aim of enhancing the overall work environment and contributing to the continuous improvement of the company as an ideal workplace.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Human Resources or a relevant field; additional training will be considered a plus
- Have proven experience with recruitment agencies and HR consulting companies.
- Knowledgeable in various HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.
- Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an additional advantage
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
- Demonstrates strong ethics and reliability
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews, as well as background and compliance checks.
- Match candidates to client needs by understanding the company culture and required talents.
- Provide advice on salary, compensation, and local recruitment laws to clients and candidates.
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing ads across various media channels.
- Headhunt and approach suitable candidates for positions.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications, and draft advertisements based on client requirements.
- Receive and review applications, manage interviews, administer tests, and create shortlists for clients.
- Collaborate with sub-agencies to source candidates.
- Build and nurture relationships with both job seekers and employers.
- Offer guidance on pay rates, training, and career progression.
