Description
Our Client is looking to hire a Head of Recruitment is responsible for leading and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. This includes overseeing candidate sourcing, client engagement, interview facilitation, and final placements. The role also involves designing and managing the client onboarding lifecycle, maintaining an up-to-date candidate database, and building a high-performing recruitment team that contributes to client retention and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive recruitment experience, 3+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment and client management
- Experience in invoicing and client lifecycle management
- Familiarity with candidate database systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed candidate research to build a strong talent pool
- Manage long-listing, shortlisting, interviewing, and client reporting
- Guide clients on candidate selection and manage end-to-end interview coordination
- Deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes aligned with client expectations
- Develop and implement a standard client onboarding process
- Draft and issue engagement letters and ensure proper documentation
- Oversee invoicing processes and monitor payment tracking across recruitment cycles
- Act as the liaison between finance, legal, and operations to streamline client contracts and payment follow-ups
- Ensure candidate database is clean, categorized, and searchable
- Develop a system for annual CV updates and candidate engagement
- Introduce tagging, profiling, and skills-based classification for efficient talent matching
- Build and mentor a team of recruiters focused on service excellence
- Implement performance management systems for the team
- Promote client relationship management and strategic account growth
- Foster a culture of proactive talent pipeline building
- Increase revenue per client through strategic recruitment planning
- Collaborate with the BD team to upsell services based on emerging client needs
- Analyze trends and generate insights that help anticipate recruitment demand
- Achieve 90%+ client satisfaction score on placements every quarter
- Maintain an average placement time of under 30 working days
- Submit longlist/shortlist reports to clients within 5 business days of request closure
- Create and implement a full client onboarding process within 30 days of role start
- Ensure 100% of clients sign engagement letters before project start
- Achieve 90% invoice realization rate within 45 days of invoicing
- Update 100% of CVs in the system annually
- Tag and categorize all candidates based on at least 5 key skills by Q3
- Launch a quarterly campaign to keep candidates engaged and data current
- Hire and train 3 recruiters within 6 months
- Implement quarterly performance reviews for all team members
- Ensure each recruiter actively manages at least 3 client relationships
- Increase average revenue per client by 15% YoY
- Identify and meet 3 additional talent needs per client per year
- Collaborate with BD team to upsell value-added recruitment solutions quarterly
