Description

To supervise daily operations at the reception desk, ensuring efficient guest service delivery, proper team coordination, and adherence to service standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality or Front Office Operations.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in hotel front office operations, with supervisory experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Guest-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel software and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff, allocate shifts, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure check-in, check-out, and reservations are handled efficiently.
  • Support in handling guest complaints and escalations.
  • Maintain front office records, reports, and logs accurately.
  • Conduct training and coaching for front office executives.
  • Enforce compliance with hotel procedures, safety, and security standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
  • Monitor grooming, attendance, and service standards of front office staff.
