Description
To supervise daily operations at the reception desk, ensuring efficient guest service delivery, proper team coordination, and adherence to service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality or Front Office Operations.
- 2–5 years’ experience in hotel front office operations, with supervisory experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Guest-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel software and reservation systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff, allocate shifts, and monitor performance.
- Ensure check-in, check-out, and reservations are handled efficiently.
- Support in handling guest complaints and escalations.
- Maintain front office records, reports, and logs accurately.
- Conduct training and coaching for front office executives.
- Enforce compliance with hotel procedures, safety, and security standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
- Monitor grooming, attendance, and service standards of front office staff.
