Description
To oversee and manage the Front Office operations, ensuring efficient guest service delivery, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and overall customer satisfaction in line with the hotel’s service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in front office operations, with at least 2 in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of hotel Management Systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise the front office team (supervisors and executives).
- Develop and implement guest service policies and SOPs.
- Monitor daily front office operations (reception, reservations, concierge, switchboard).
- Manage guest relations, handle complaints, and ensure swift resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and cost controls for the front office.
