Description

To oversee and manage the Front Office operations, ensuring efficient guest service delivery, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and overall customer satisfaction in line with the hotel’s service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in front office operations, with at least 2 in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of hotel Management Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise the front office team (supervisors and executives).
  • Develop and implement guest service policies and SOPs.
  • Monitor daily front office operations (reception, reservations, concierge, switchboard).
  • Manage guest relations, handle complaints, and ensure swift resolution.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and cost controls for the front office.
