Description
To provide exceptional guest services by managing check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Front Office / Hospitality.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a front office role in a hotel setup.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented and able to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel software systems.
Responsibilities
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations promptly.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide hotel information, answer inquiries, and assist guests as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Handle guest complaints courteously and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional appearance at the front desk.
