Description

To provide exceptional guest services by managing check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Front Office / Hospitality.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a front office role in a hotel setup.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations promptly.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Provide hotel information, answer inquiries, and assist guests as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
  • Handle guest complaints courteously and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional appearance at the front desk.
