Our client, a global leader in supply of petroleum products, is looking to recruit a  Data Analyst to be based in the Nairobi, Kenya offices. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in harnessing data-driven insights to optimise our products usage, enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the company.

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Statistics from a recognized University.
• A minimum of three (3) years hand-on experience in a busy data analytics environment.
• The candidate should be of high integrity (provide a current certificate of good conduct).
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL database.
• Strong skills in statistics, databases, modeling and predictive analytics comes as an added advantage.
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
• Valid Annual Practicing License from recognized professional body.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected for analysis.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Extract, analyse and interpret complex data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions. 
•  Oversee the development and maintenance of data models and algorithms.
