Description
The Customer Care Front Office role
is the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, appointments,
and general office operations. This role ensures a positive customer experience
and efficient communication between clients and lab staff.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Customer Service, Office
Management, or related field.
- 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in a
technical environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft
Office).
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage front-office operations.
- Handle inquiries and schedule testing appointments.
- Maintain records of client information and test
requirements.
- Coordinate with lab staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Address client concerns and escalate as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute invoices and manage client documentation.
