The Customer Care Front Office role is the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, appointments, and general office operations. This role ensures a positive customer experience and efficient communication between clients and lab staff.

Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma in Customer Service, Office Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years in a customer service role, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and manage front-office operations.
  • Handle inquiries and schedule testing appointments.
  • Maintain records of client information and test requirements.
  • Coordinate with lab staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Address client concerns and escalate as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices and manage client documentation.
