Description

The Creative Director - Experiential is responsible for leading the creative vision and strategy for experiential marketing campaigns. This role requires a dynamic and innovative leader with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, event production, and consumer engagement. The Creative Director will oversee the creation and execution of immersive experiences that enhance brand perception and drive consumer action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in creative roles within marketing or advertising, with a focus on experiential marketing. A minimum of 3 years direct experience managing creative accounts.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of event production, branding, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Office Suite.
  • Prior experience and/or knowledge in sports, music, and entertainment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and visibility at retail outlets to maximize brand impact.
  • Develop merchandising plans and guidelines to guide field teams and retailers in effective product display.
  • Monitor and evaluate merchandising effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate trade terms, promotional activities, and pricing agreements to drive sales and profitability.
  • Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell products at the point of purchase.
  • Develop sales promotion programs, incentives, and trade marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct product training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitor market performance, including sales trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on trade marketing activities, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Use data analytics and market research to identify opportunities and optimize trade marketing strategies
