Description

The Client Service Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and client retention through effective relationship management, service delivery, and strategic account expansion. This role ensures accurate reporting, seamless client communications, and operational alignment while contributing to overall organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in account management, sales, or client service.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of financial principles, including profit margins, pricing, and budgeting, alongside exposure to project management.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems effectively, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Financial: Achieve and sustain a 50% gross profit margin across accounts and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and resolving any issues to maintain loyalty.
  • Strategy & Proposals: Lead the development of tailored, data-driven creative proposals and identify new opportunities for account expansion.
  • Internal Coordination: Translate client briefs into actionable instructions for the Creative and Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and appraise Sales Executives while promoting collaboration across the Finance, Creative, and Logistics departments.
  • Business Intelligence: Provide insights on market trends, pricing, and potential new service lines or business diversification opportunities.
