Description
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing
cleaning staff, ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and up
to the required standards. This role involves assigning duties, inspecting
work, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety
regulations.
Requirements
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in cleaning
management is a plus.
- Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in cleaning supervision or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong
leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent
organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge
of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability
to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Good
communication skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards
are met.
Address cleaning issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and cleaning
protocols.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Report damages or required repairs to management.
Enforce health and safety regulations in cleaning
activities.
Train staff on safe handling of cleaning chemicals and
equipment.
Identify and report workplace hazards or incidents.
Handle client complaints and requests regarding cleaning
services.
Communicate with management and clients to maintain
cleaning standards.
Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities and staff performance.
