Description
The business development manager (BDM) is often the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. The BDM responds to RFP's, tenders, and develops sales in new sales territories. He/she will also be responsible for the growth of the organization's customer base.
Requirements

7 years’ experience in sales and
marketing ●
2 years leading a business
development or sales team with proven success record ●
Bachelor’s degree in any field ● Relevant MBA in Marketing is an added advantage |
Responsibilities
Identify and
pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate
clients, sponsors, and key partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to secure event
bookings and long-term contracts.
Negotiate and close deals to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand
visibility and attract clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to
identify trends and new opportunities.
Support event planning and execution to ensure client
satisfaction and successful events.
