Description
The Accounts and Admin Assistant will support the Finance
and Administration functions by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping,
processing transactions, managing office supplies, and assisting with
logistical tasks. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations within the
company, especially during event preparations and executions.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and support others.
Responsibilities
Financial Record Entry: Accurately input daily financial
transactions into the accounting system.
Petty Cash Support: Reconcile and manage petty cash
transactions under supervision.
Expense Tracking: Collect and verify receipts and payment
vouchers, ensuring timely processing.
Office Administration: Assist with office maintenance, supply procurement, and coordination of support staff.
Event Support: Provide administrative and financial
assistance during company events.
Cross-functional Exposure: Collaborate with both Finance and
Events teams to streamline processes.
